The babies, infant and family powder milk factory production project is one of those promising businesses due to its need to satisfy different segments of people whom need to satisfy their needs in reasonable prices, and sure provide them healthy and quality products.
In Lebanon we have only few suppliers who import dry powder milk for babies and infants, and we don’t have any local manufacturers to supply and satisfy the Lebanese market. In light of the current reality and with a sense of social responsibility, it was necessary to think about practical solutions and find alternatives in order to achieve an economic autonomy over the nation.
The powder milk production factory, is based on the idea of constructing a warehouse. The area will be divided into Equipment zone for production (machinery), the Administration offices, a Storage and Pickup area to gather the manufactured products in order to transport and export them, Professional manufacturing fridges for some raw materials, a Forklift and a small Laboratory to ensure the quality of our products.
The process and the steps of manufacturing dry milk in brief are:

- PREHEATING
- EVAPORATION
- SPRAY DRYING
- PACKAGING AND STORAGE
We aim to invest in high end and green modern technologies to produce quality, competitive and excellent line of powder dry milk, upon the international quality standards (ISO certificate standards for quality production and management), and the European standards
(EudraLex - Volume 4 - GMP) in order to satisfy the Lebanese market as a priority and the MENA region in the future.
