The Lebanese economy crisis is ongoing and affecting the nation of Lebanon, due to the significant growth of shortages and the spread of Covid 19, lebanese people were not spared from the pandemic. This led to great pressure on hospitals, not well equiped to handle such pressure. His Excellency Dr. Maged Georges Chahine took into account the situation and hastened to secure what was possible of the Astrazeneca vaccine and more than 9,000 vaccines were donated to the Lebanese Ministry of Health to help the local community during the Covid 19 crisis across the country.His involvement in the community services is a step towards a better society to ensure adequate needs.

 The Ambassador Dr. Chahin offered purchasing vouchers to members of the General Directorate of the State Security, out of his belief in the essential role that this Directorate plays in preserving the security of the nation, and emphasizing the necessity of continuing to support this agency like other security agencies.

The Ambasssador Dr. Chahin contributed to equipping and furnishing the classrooms of students of Saint Elias Darb El Sim school, affiliated with the Maronite Archdiocese of Sidon and Deir el Al Qamar , offering gifts, in addition to allocating purchasing vouchers for the administrative and educational staff.
